About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
The role will be based in either our Melbourne or Sydney office and will operate within a hybrid working model.
You will partner with the Cross Market Sales team to drive new logo acquisition and adoption of our Finance & Compliance solutions across the ANZ region.
Responsibilities
Drive new logo business growth in collaboration with the Cross Market Team.
Convert leads into opportunities and maintain accurate, timely account data.
Log customer activity and communications comprehensively within the CRM system.
Submit monthly forecast reports and regularly update the sales pipeline.
Prospect within an assigned territory to develop and sustain a robust pipeline.
Develop and manage territory business plans that include new logo acquisition, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Guide prospects through the sales cycle to contract close, collaborating with presales, professional services and specialist teams as needed.
Support customers through onboarding and implementation phases, partnering with the Relationship Managers to ensure a seamless transition and ongoing revenue lifecycle management.
Requirements
2–5 years of enterprise solutions sales experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry; experience in risk, governance or compliance is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated success in business development with a focus on new logo acquisition.
Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
