We’re seeking Disability Services Workers in Palmerston, Northern Territory, to provide support for our clients.

Healthscope Independence Services aims to help people living with a disability to get the most out of life. For 28 years, we have offered community and in-house support across various states in Australia, promoting a person-centred approach to support. We are a passionate team dedicated to supporting people with disabilities to become independent and live fulfilling lives.
What your role will look like
No two days are the same! As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care to support our clients with various aspects of their daily living. Your duties may include personal care, medication assistance, shopping, or cooking. Most importantly, you will support clients to achieve goals that matter to them. We are looking for employees who enjoy a varied workplace and want to develop valuable skills.
To be successful in this role
· Demonstrate a passion for working with both mental and physical disabilities
· Enjoy challenges and celebrate small victories
· Show empathy and a caring attitude
· Hold a valid NDIS check, CPR, and First Aid Certificate
· Be fully COVID vaccinated
· Have the right to work in Australia
· Relevant qualifications are advantageous, but we will provide training for the right candidate.
