As a Senior Process Analyst, you will:
1. Support the establishment and launch of an international branch campus in Bandung, Indonesia
2. Design, document, and optimise procedures linked to the creation and functioning of the campus, including SOPs and SLAs
3. Maintain a close working relationship with the Senior Project Manager to seamlessly integrate process tasks into the project plan and communicate updates to relevant internal Deakin and external stakeholders
4. Keep abreast of international and local regulations to guarantee adherence to legal and compliance requirements in all procedures
5. Implement quality control measures to ensure precise and efficient execution of processes, while identifying and proposing solutions for potential risks and challenges related to the international branch campus setup
Your responsibilities will be:
6. Perform a range of analysis, communication and quality assurance tasks which contribute to streamlined business systems, processes and improved business efficiency
7. Analyse and manage project risks and issues and identify mitigations
8. Establish systems, processes and procedures to guide work and track progress and strive for excellence and continually evaluate progress and effectively overcomes barriers to achieve outcomes
9. Integrate multiple data sources to seek trends and analyse issues from diverse perspectives and draw sound inferences and specific challenges from information available
10. Use understanding of the client context to anticipate needs, tailor services, improve service offering and ensure a high-quality outcome by addressing client feedback and setting service standards
11. Proactively create, establish and retain professional networks, mutually beneficial relationships and considers practical application and alignment within Deakin
12. Navigate appropriate course of action, gain agreement on preferred approach and prepare advice (information, materials and recommendations) to meet specific stakeholder style and requirements
13. Interpret needs and offers pragmatic, inclusive and sustainable solutions based on research and in alignment with University context, policies and practices
To be successful, you’ll have:
14. Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
15. An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training (process analysis, improvement)
16. Experience working within a large scale and complex organisation
17. Proficient in process mapping and analysis techniques
18. Experience with data interpretation and analysis
19. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
20. Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of data-based decision-making principles
21. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
22. Change management skills and experience
