About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and highly organised office Administrator to join our team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office, supporting both management and staff with administrative tasks, and helping maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
* Managing incoming and outgoing communications (phone, email, mail) and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Managing basic bookkeeping tasks (invoices, expenses, payroll data) and assisting with new employee onboarding and records management. Preferably have experience using Xero software.
* Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
* Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
* Assist with staff mobilisation to site projects.
* A proactive approach to identifying and resolving administrative issues efficiently.
* At times you may be required to collect parts and drop off at various locations
About You
* Full clean driving license.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems.
* Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Friendly, professional, and approachable with a can-do attitude.
* Previous experience in administrative or office support in civil construction preferred.
