Sales Support Administrator Role
This position plays a pivotal role in the success of our business by serving as the first point of contact with the industry and public.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the State Manager and Sales Consultants with administrative duties as required, ensuring seamless operations.
* Assist the sales team with internal processes, including quoting, order confirmations, ordering, scheduling, tenders, and contracts, to drive productivity.
* Compile and send data sheets, images, or technical specifications to designers and project managers, facilitating effective collaboration.
* Work with suppliers to ensure lead-times and project schedules can be achieved and communicated to customers, maintaining transparency.
* Organize and coordinate sample transfers between states, optimizing logistics.
* Act as caretaker for accounts when consultants are away, ensuring continuity.
* Assist with phone system requirements, enhancing customer experience.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Maintain the cleanliness of the showroom and facilities on a daily basis, adhering to high standards.
* Ensure the showroom is kept in a presentable and organized manner, reflecting positively on our business.
* Maintain resource libraries and stock line samples, supporting sales efforts.
* Arrange repairs, replacements, or cleaning as required to maintain the showroom and samples in top condition, minimizing downtime.
