About The Role
As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you will be offered a permanent role, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of equipment, mechanical projects, and operational environments in both open cut and underground mining. Your responsibilities will include:
* Applying engineering principles to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant and equipment
* Participating in design projects, overhauls, and shutdowns
* Supporting planning, specification, procurement, and introduction of site equipment
* Collaborating with maintenance teams and supervising mechanical works
* Identifying opportunities for timely, cost-effective modifications to improve efficiency, reliability, and safety
* Working alongside tradespeople, supervisors, and managers to deliver engineering solutions
You will be placed on a rotational program to experience multiple sites, fast tracking your knowledge of our business and the industry. We value the development of our talent and give you access to a formal Professional Development Program designed to accelerate your leadership potential.

About You
You will be:
* Qualified with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or Mechatronics) or similar (completed prior to commencement)
* Committed to working safely and contributing to a strong safety culture
* Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn and develop professionally
