Responsibilities
- Permanent full time prospect available at St George’s Charlestown Square branch

- Empower our customers to make the most of their money
- Welcome customers to St George and engage in conversations to uncover their needs and provide tailored banking solutions, in person and over the phone
- Utilise product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals and refer to specialised Banking teams when necessary
- This is a full-time, branch-based role with hours across Monday to Friday
What do I need?
- Customer service and sales experience, ideally in a customer-facing / phone-based role with experience of working to targets
- Resilience, with the ability to remain calm and composed whilst managing challenging situations
- Comfortable working towards sales / referral targets and calling customers over the phone
- Numerical capability, ideally with proficiency in cash handling and counting, with the ability to complete financial transactions accurately
- An energetic personality with a genuine passion for helping people
- The will to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies
