Requirements:

* Strong understanding of budgeting, workforce planning, and general cost management

* Capacity to manage and lead large workforces (over 800 staff)

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Strong problem-solving skills

* Willingness to undergo National Police Clearance and Medical Assessment as part of the screening process

* Preparedness to conduct pre-employment medical checks as part of the onboarding process
