What our program offers:A 12-month graduate program with four, three-month rotations within a broad and dynamic organization, followed by a permanent full-time role.Support network of mentors, buddies, and a dedicated graduate program manager.7-part Graduate Learning Series designed to help build your network and acclimate to corporate life.Exposure to Senior Leaders through "meet & greet" sessions tailored specifically for graduates.A capstone project collaborating with other graduates on a business problem, presenting recommendations to senior leaders.About the opportunityStarting in February 2026, as our Technology Graduate, you'll complete four rotations, gaining experience across key areas of the business.

As part of RACV's Technology division, you'll work with both legacy and cutting-edge systems supporting over 400 applications, 6,000 devices, and nearly 40 sites, contributing to exceptional member and customer experiences.
During the program, you may be involved with:Cyber SecuritySalesforce & IntegrationDigital TechnologyApplication DeliveryTesting & QualityCloud Infrastructure SystemsStrategy & ArchitectureYou'll manage and contribute to meaningful projects while expanding your skills and building your career.
Support includes structured learning, formal rotations, mentorship, and on-the-job activities.What you'll need to be successful:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology, IT, Cyber, Business Information Systems, or a relevant discipline.Studies completed by end of 2025 or within the last 2 years.Interest and aptitude in AI technology, software development, cybersecurity, and technology principles.Eagerness to learn and grow with the business.Previous relevant work experience is advantageous.Successful candidates will need to travel occasionally to multiple work locations.Great things start hereJoin RACV and be part of a purpose-driven organization.
