PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport is looking to appoint a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office Team on a Full-Time basis.
The Role:
- Reporting to the Hotel Duty Manager
- Provide guests with high quality service throughout their stay
- Assist guests with Check-In, Check-Out and Information Services throughout their stay
- Create a great first and last impression of the Hotel
- Work a variety of AM, PM and overnight shift across weekdays, weekends and public holidays
Ideally you will have:
- Experience in a similar role in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering gracious and dependable hospitality
- The resilience and confidence to handle guest inquiries and concerns
- The ability to anticipate guest needs
- A current driver's licence
- Ability to work a rotating roster
- A fun & supportive approach to teamwork
