Take the lead as a Microsoft Dynamics CE Solution Architect at Deloitte Digital, where your expertise in solution architecture will be at the core of our digital transformation projects. In this senior role, you will design scalable and innovative solutions, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics CE, Copilot, Azure and PowerApps to drive strategic outcomes for our clients.
You'll be responsible for defining and leading solution architecture for presales and across complex transformation projects, ensuring that every design is robust, future-ready, and seamlessly integrated with broader business strategies. Your architectural vision and understanding will guide presales and project delivery, embed excellence and set quality benchmarks that elevate our work.
What will your typical day look like?
As a solution leader, you'll assess market opportunities, business requirements, roadmaps, while shaping practices and standards, ensuring solutions are well designed during presales activities and then refined during engagements to delivered efficiently across agile and waterfall methodologies.
Your role extends to managing and mentoring teams, providing clear direction and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, translating these into actionable solution architecture roadmaps that deliver real value. Your influence will help clients navigate digital change, driving innovation and ensuring every solution is strategically aligned.

We're seeking a senior professional with a proven track record in solution design during pre-sales and project delivery, particularly within the Microsoft Dynamics CE ecosystem. Your background in digital consulting, team leadership, and solution delivery will help set the pace for high-impact transformation. Strong solution skills, combined with presales, stakeholder management and project oversight, are essential for success in this role.
You'll spearhead end-to-end solution delivery, placing Microsoft Dynamics CE at the centre, and play a pivotal role in business development—identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and building trusted client relationships. Your remit will involve guiding presales activities, supporting complex projects from initiation through to completion, and maintaining a high standard of solution and delivery excellence.
You'll lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of learning and innovation. Your experience in digital consulting, solution architecture and design will position you as a trusted advisor to clients and a strategic partner to our business. You'll engage with senior stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable strategies, so that each project will reflect Deloitte's commitment to quality and innovation.
