ABOUT THE ROLE
Location: Kilcoy, Qld or Lance Creek, Victoria
To develop, maintain, and control accurate product specifications, technical documentation, and associated data that ensure: Regulatory compliance (DAFF, importing country, AUS-MEAT and customer requirements), Food safety and quality assurance, Operational clarity and consistency, Commercial accuracy of product definitions, Controlled document governance across the business. The role is the site subject matter expert for product and customer specifications and acts as the central custodian of specification integrity.
ABOUT YOU
To succeed in this role, you will bring the following experience.
* AusMeat certified
* Previous experience in Quality Assurance/ Control
* Strong Computer skills – ability to create codes and translate to ERP systems
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a high volume and complex environment
* Demonstrated experience analysing complex information to drive outcomes
* Proven ability in creating and maintaining cross-functional networks and engaging all stakeholders.
* Solutions focused and consistent ability to follow through
* Attention to detail and time management skills
* Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation to continually learn and deliver outcomes.
* Experience using Dynamics AX will be highly advantageous
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Writing/ updating specifications
* Contribute to the design and development of systems technology
* Completion of internal and external reviews, to identify areas for continuous improvement
* Support production in delivery of DIFOTIS, by ensuring specifications are maintained accurately and signed off
* Yield testing and updating into Dynamics AX
