This is your opportunity to join Resthaven as a Project Officer – Quality, working from our contemporary head office in Wayville. In this pivotal role within our Governance, Quality and Risk team, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives, support research projects and grants management, champion compliance, and directly shape the standard of care delivered to older South Australians. This is a permanent full-time opportunity. Due to the nature of this role some out of hour's work may be required.

* Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, continuous improvement, or research administration — ideally with exposure to grants management or project coordination in a regulated environment.
* Strong analytical and research skills, with high-level written and verbal communication skills suited to both quality reporting and grant or funding body correspondence.
* Ability to write clear, compelling reports and prepare external correspondence for a range of audiences, including funding bodies, executives, boards, and regulators.
* Ability to translate complex quality or research information into clear, compelling narratives for grant applications, progress reports, and a variety of stakeholder audiences.
* Knowledge of the Aged Care Act 2024, Aged Care Rules and strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards. Experience in conducting internal audits and preparing internal audit reports.
* Demonstrated ability to drive quality assurance and continuous improvement.
* Ability to collect and analyse findings and trended issues from quality data, and prepare outcome reports that include improvement action recommendations.
* Appropriate tertiary qualification or experience in research, quality or risk management.
* A commitment to the mission and values of Resthaven and capacity to interpret and translate these into day-to-day work.
* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, including creative ways to engage diverse audiences.
* Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Demonstrated ability in quantitative and qualitative analysis and reporting.
