We are seeking a strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing operations across ANZ, Middle East & Africa, Europe, and Asia.
This pivotal role involves leading a high-performing team to deliver market-leading strategies across both commercial and retail businesses.
* Lead the development and execution of annual marketing strategies to deliver on sales, EBIT, ROI, and category growth targets
* Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management
* Drive portfolio, pricing, and channel optimisation initiatives
* Lead strategic market intelligence efforts to identify growth opportunities and shape responsive, insight-driven marketing plans
* Manage brand architecture and positioning while contributing to consumer brand strategy and protection of trademarks
* Direct integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion in both B2B and B2C markets.
* Lead and coach a multi-disciplinary marketing team
* Ensure commercial alignment through consistent forecasting, budget management, marketing performance reporting, and participation in regional leadership teams
Requirements
The successful candidate should possess:
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or Communications
* Extensive marketing leadership experience across both B2B and B2C environments
* Proven success in brand, product, and category management, ideally with global exposure
* A sharp commercial edge, with prior experience in new product development and launch
* Experience across retail and commercial markets, and a knack for turning insight into action
* Prior experience in manufacturing environments would be beneficial
* A natural leader who builds strong teams, strong brands, and stronger results
