As a Banking Consultant, you will have the opportunity to provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions.
You will be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ.
About Your Role
This role is based mainly in branches and will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied, but strong advocates for our bank.
You will have the ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
Additionally, you will contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.
Your day will involve providing customer-centric services, actively participating in and supporting bank programs and initiatives, taking responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective, and ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.
