Your Role
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join the NSW Field Sales team. The role boasts variety with a key focus on new business development and account management.
In this role you will be mainly looking after the Health, Corporate & Performance Segment in NSW. Technogym's Health, Corporate and Performance segment connects fitness to outcomes. We partner with healthcare providers, companies and elite sports organisations to deliver tailored solutions that improve health, boost workplace productivity, and enhance athletic performance. It's about combining smart equipment, digital ecosystems and data‐driven programmes to turn movement into measurable results.
As a Technogym salesperson, you should be hungry, highly professional, industry credible and collaborative. You will develop and maintain strong relationships and manage a large portfolio of products, services and solutions.
To be eligible for this role, you must be based in Sydney. This is a field sales role, regular local and occasional regional travel is required.
Your Impact
* Proactively manage your territory by nurturing existing accounts and identifying new prospects to expand market share
* Consistently achieve local sales, profitability, and cash flow targets through strategic planning and execution
* Identify and develop new business opportunities by leveraging market insights and segment trends
* Generate leads, profile customers, plan sales activities, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
* Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions and fostering strong, long‐term relationships
* Conduct regular customer and prospect visits in alignment with Technogym's sales standards and code of conduct
Collaborate cross‐functionally to ensure seamless delivery of products, services, and solutions.
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about healthness, enthusiastic and proactive, while also a great team planner. You have a positive and proactive mindset and are used to working in a fast‐paced environment.
What you should bring:
* Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within health sectors or big corporates
* Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and delivering tailored client solutions
* Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with a customer‐first mindset
* Proficiency in CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is highly desirable
* A results‐oriented approach with excellent communication and presentation abilities
* A natural relationship builder who thrives both independently and in collaborative team environments
* Genuine passion for wellness and enthusiasm for representing a global industry leader
