This role will lead a small, well regarded team and support over 400 colleagues in Australia whilst working with senior leaders to develop people initiatives and practices that contribute to building capability and achieving business goals, acting as a strategic business partner.
To be equipped for this key role, you will have experience in leading HR initiatives and programs with fast moving commercial organisations that are well known for their consumer brand and market leadership. In addition, you will;
- Have experience in all facets of OD from talent and succession to leadership development and engagement;
- Combined with your OD capacity will be a robust generalist tool kit including performance, reward, TA, ER, Safety and modern awards.
- Understand and appreciate the various populations within a sales/commercial business and be able to tailor your approaches as required;
- Enjoy coaching and influencing at a local level and also liaising with global stakeholders and align with the overall strategy and approach.
