About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scaffold Supervisor who identifies as First Nations Australian for a 12‐month project at Boddington Mine Site. The role offers a consistent 8:6 roster and the opportunity to work with a highly experienced crew within the resources sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily scaffold operations across site.
* Ensure scaffolding work is completed safely, efficiently, and to site requirements.
* Lead, mentor, and develop scaffold crews to maintain a strong team culture.
* Conduct pre‐starts, toolbox meetings, and safety inspections.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures, site standards, and safety regulations.
* Coordinate labour, materials, and equipment to meet project deadlines.
* Maintain accurate records and reporting requirements.
* Work collaboratively with clients and site management teams.
What We're Looking For
* High Risk Work Licence – Advanced Scaffolding
* Previous experience in a Scaffold Supervisor position within the mining industry
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Sound knowledge of mining safety regulations and procedures
* Ability to mentor and support workforce development
* Identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person
