With ongoing growth across Australia, we’re seeking a Scheduler who can help keep our field operations running efficiently and deliver the great service our clients have come to expect.

About the Role

* As Scheduler, you’ll be a vital link between our clients, technicians, and internal departments. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring our field teams are where they need to be—on time, fully informed, and prepared to deliver exceptional service.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Coordinating job scheduling for plumbing, electrical, and maintenance works
* Allocating work orders and managing technician calendars efficiently
* Communicating job updates and appointment details to clients
* Monitoring job progress and responding to scheduling changes or urgent requests
* Liaising with field staff and management to meet daily operational KPIs
* Maintaining accurate records in simPRO and other systems
* Supporting a professional, responsive customer experience from start to finish

Who You Are

* Experienced & Organised – You have a solid background in scheduling, dispatch, or operations and can manage competing priorities with ease
* Problem-Solver – You stay calm, think on your feet, and can adapt to unexpected changes
* Tech-Savvy – Confident using digital tools and job management platforms (simPRO experience highly regarded)
* Clear Communicator – Professional, concise, and friendly in both written and verbal communication
* Team-Oriented – You thrive in a supportive team and also work well independently
* Detail-Focused – You care about accuracy and like to keep things running smoothly

What You’ll Need

* Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or workflow management
* Strong time management and multitasking skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Experience using simPRO or similar job management systems (highly regarded)
* Excellent customer service skills and a confident phone manner
* A high level of professionalism and reliability
* High school certificate or equivalent (administration or operations qualifications a bonus)
