Your Key Responsibilities
Managing debtor accounts and overseeing collections
Assessing creditworthiness and setting appropriate credit limits
Liaising with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve disputes
Ensuring timely payments and reducing aged debt
Preparing reports on outstanding accounts and financial risks
Utilising financial software and automation tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Credit Controller (FMCG industry experience desirable)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyse financial data and minimize risk
Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and automation tools
