CRM Manager
to drive customer retention, engagement, and loyalty. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data-driven marketing, community building, and optimising customer journeys to boost repeat purchases and long-term value.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance engagement and lifetime value
* Manage CRM systems and ensure smooth integration with eCommerce and marketing platforms
* Create personalised, data-led campaigns across email, SMS, and loyalty channels
* Conduct segmentation, automation, and A/B testing to maximise performance
* Analyse customer behaviour and campaign results to refine retention strategies
* Lead the enhancement of loyalty programmes and lifecycle marketing initiatives
* Collaborate with internal teams to align CRM activity with wider marketing goals
* Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and best practices
Qualifications
* 3-5 years' experience in CRM, retention, or loyalty marketing (retail or eCommerce preferred)
* Strong understanding of customer segmentation, analytics, and personalisation
* Proficiency in CRM and marketing tools (e.g. Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Analytics)
* Skilled in A/B testing, automation, and lifecycle optimisation
* Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
