Seeking a skilled APEX Developer for a 12-month contract in Melbourne. You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of applications, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions using PL/SQL and Oracle APEX. Hybrid work model available.
Responsibilities:
* Lead design, development, and maintenance of applications, ensuring usability, flexibility, performance, and security compliance.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to gather and understand requirements, translating them into technical solutions using APEX and PL/SQL.
* Ensure application integrity, security, and performance by implementing best practices and adhering to coding standards.
* Develop and maintain complex PL/SQL scripts, packages, procedures, and triggers. Optimize SQL queries and database performance, and troubleshoot database issues.
* Integrate APEX applications with external systems and databases.
Requirements:
* Strong PL/SQL skills, including complex scripts, packages, procedures, and triggers.
* Experience integrating APEX applications with external systems.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Based in Melbourne (or eligible to work there)
