This role offers an exciting opportunity to be accountable for the timely delivery of effective and efficient administrative and project support.The successful candidate will have the chance to work in a dynamic environment, coordinating and supporting the Project Delivery team on various project activities.Key Responsibilities :As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Project Delivery team.Reporting to the Project Coordinator Lead, your main day-to-day responsibilities will include :Providing effective administrative support, coordinating meetings, assisting in the development of project plansCoordinate and set up meetings, preparation of agendas, minute taking, action item managementAssist in the development of project plans, programs and milestonesCoordinate events and workshops as requiredPurchase ordering and tracking of payments / cashflowsAssist in facilitating contractors' accessAssist with the coordination and documentation of information received from external consultants and technical representatives both internally and externallyEnsure effective and efficient administrative and general project support to the Project Delivery teams as requiredSkills and experience :To be successful in this role, we are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a Project Coordinator / Administrative role.
