SOTO is seeking a dynamic, future-focused Head of Business Development to drive our growth using the latest in AI, GenAI, and digital sales enablement.
What you’ll do
Lead our go-to-market strategy with AI-powered tools (LLMs, Copilot, HubSpot AI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Apollo / Outreach)
Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline using predictive analytics, intent data, and automation
Champion digital transformation and experiment with new approaches to prospecting, content creation, and customer engagement
Collaborate across technical and marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions for clients in heavy industry, mining, energy, defence, transport, and more
Who you are
5+ years’ experience in revenue-generating roles or demonstrable high-impact results in modern B2B growth
Skilled communicator with strong interpersonal and collaborative leadership abilities, adept at building strong client relationships, engaging stakeholders effectively, and maintaining a consistently client-focused approach
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related field
High Level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP Systems
Fluent in digital sales, social selling, and AI-enabled outreach
Passionate about continuous learning and challenging the status quo
Skilled in CRM, marketing automation, and data analytics platforms
