Telemarketer, Part-Time Opportunity, Remote Working (Laptop & Headset Provided) & £28K-£30K+ per annum Pro Rata, Plus Up to £10K OTE Pro Rata

Are you a motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for connecting with businesses? Looking for a flexible, part-time role you can manage around family life from the comfort of your own home?

The Lead Generation Company (TLGC), a fast-growing and award-winning B2B sales and marketing consultancy, is seeking enthusiastic Telemarketers to join our expanding team on a part-time, remote basis.

As a Telemarketer, you will play a vital role in our lead generation efforts by making outbound calls to other businesses (no consumer calls). Your focus will be on identifying and creating quality sales opportunities for our clients. This role offers the flexibility to work part-time hours daily from your home office.

Telemarketers Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting outbound business-to-business calls to identify potential clients.
- Generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for our sales teams.
- Focusing on the quality of interactions to maximize results for our clients.
- Identifying key personnel and understanding their business needs.
- Effectively communicating the value proposition of our clients' services.
- Maintaining accurate records of calls and outcomes.
- Working independently while contributing to the overall team success.

Telemarketer Must Have:

- Previous experience in outbound B2B telemarketing, telesales, or call centre environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional telephone manner.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for achieving results.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work effectively on your own initiative.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment.
- Must be a UK Resident (proof of right to work in the UK is required).
