As an Associate Account Manager, you'll support our director and senior account managers. From day one, you'll work with an established client base, building your name and reputation in a high-performing environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Partnering with key clients to support their on-site talent needs
* Proactively sourcing quality candidates and executing attraction strategies for priority roles
* Conducting video interviews and presenting decision-ready candidates
* Managing contract starters in our CRM system
* Assisting BDMs with lead generation and market insights
Requirements include:
* Strong relationship-building skills and experience in a phone-based or customer-facing role
* Proven resilience and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced industry
* Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, recruitment, or sales
* A friendly, energetic personality confident in person and over the phone
* Exceptional communication and attention to detail
* A creative mindset able to think outside the box
* An inquisitive nature willing to understand industries
