About the Role:
As a Cabinet Maker at Flash, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from custom residential cabinetry to sophisticated commercial joinery. Key Responsibilities:
* Fabricate and install custom cabinetry and joinery for both commercial and domestic clients.
* Collaborate with designers, architects, and builders to ensure precision and quality.
* Contribute to the design and production of intricate, high-end joinery pieces.
* Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient workshop environment.
* Show initiative and take pride in your craft.
About You:
* You have proven experience as a cabinet maker (minimum 2 years).
* You are familiar with both traditional and modern joinery techniques.
* You can read and interpret plans and take control of a job from start to finish
* You take pride in producing high-quality work.
* You're a team player who enjoys working collaboratively but can also work independently.
