Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our C-27J engineering team based at RAAF Base Richmond. The successful candidate will bring strong commercial acumen, with a focus on driving best-practice outcomes and engaging with the broader Engineering & Technical Services community.
This role requires exceptional leadership and management skills to deliver superior engineering and technical services to the Air Force. You'll partner with stakeholders to develop strategies and execute plans that meet both Commonwealth and Northrop Grumman goals.
Your expertise should include leading and managing teams in Defence or Civil Aviation sectors, as well as holding and maintaining a Defence security clearance. Project Management qualifications and experience in Defence Through-Life Support environments are highly desirable.
