About the Role:
This is a full-time position. We are seeking a Store Supervisor who will inspire the team through their commitment to excellent customer service and a people-first leadership style. As a Store Supervisor, you will:
ü Oversee daily store operations and ensure a smooth and effective workflow
ü Motivate the team to meet sales objectives by training and supervising staff
ü Assign staff to daily tasks, supervise the team works
ü Provide excellent customer service, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues.
ü Manage stock levels, report to Recruitment Manager and order new stock
ü Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
ü Meet sales targets. Manage work schedule and wage targets to optimize productivity
ü Identify opportunities to grow the team and team skills
About You:
l At least 1 year experience in retail or a supervisory role
l Diploma or above in the filed of management is strongly preferred
l Strong leadership and communication skills
l Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
l Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude
l Availability to work flexible hours
l A current/valid police check or a willingness to obtain if successful
