As a Chef your responsibilities will include: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene levels of food preparation area and kitchen equipment Meal and food preparation for patients as per recipe guide Maintain food stock levels Maintain regular daily temperatures of refrigerators and freezers as per food safety standards Implement Food Safety Program Liaise with management and facility staff Lead, supervise, coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional service Collaborative and supportive team Free meals and free onsite parking Selection Criteria: Working days for this position will be on Tuesdays and Wednesdays - happy to discuss permanent part-time employment Certificate III in Commercial Cooking Good working knowledge and understanding of HACCP regulations Safe Food Handling Certificate (desirable) Experience in hospital or hotel food service environment preferred Applications close: Friday 25th July 2025 - Ideally, we are hoping to commence training and work in the role as soon as possible.
