Senior Quantity Surveyor (Tax Depreciation)
Koste is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead and grow our Commercial Tax Depreciation team. This role suits an experienced professional who combines strong technical capability with a genuine passion for client engagement, relationship building, and commercial advisory.

The role
This is a senior, client‑facing position within our commercial division, offering real influence over delivery, relationships, and future growth.
You will:
* Lead the delivery of commercial tax depreciation schedules across a diverse range of assets
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients and national partners
* Build and strengthen long‑term relationships with professional firms, developers, and asset owners
* Support and mentor team members within the commercial team
* Work on significant projects across Australia, with travel opportunities
* Contribute to the ongoing development of Koste.ai and our national construction cost database
* Help shape best practice and commercial strategy as the business scales
About you
* Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial tax depreciation experience
* Confident communicator who enjoys talking to clients and partners
* Comfortable in a relationship‑driven, advisory role
* Commercially minded, with the ability to see the bigger picture beyond the report
