About the Role:
As a Small Business Banker, you will join the Rockhampton team that is moving quickly to support our customers.
Daily Activities:
* Manage small business lending requests up to $2 million, and home lending up to $5 million, while keeping processes simple
* Convert leads into wins, fueling growth and delivering impressive results while driving customer advocacy
* Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, making NAB their Bank of Choice
* Understand customer needs to provide tailored, holistic banking solutions
* Build relationships with brokers and existing customers to create new opportunities and support ongoing business
Candidate Requirements:
* Genuine motivation to build personal connections and empower customers to achieve their business dreams
* Lending experience in business or retail banking, with knowledge of credit processes
* Strong relationship management, networking skills, and a passion for portfolio growth
* Problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills
