Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst to drive the initiative forward for our ERP transformation program. The role involves supporting the major ERP transformation, focusing on the S/4HANA Payroll stream within the Brisbane Modern ERP Program.
Responsibilities:
* Define payroll system requirements with stakeholders and gather relevant information.
* Analyze and document payroll business processes to identify automation opportunities and improve efficiency.
* Design time and leave workflows ensuring compliance with Australian regulations.
* Collaborate with technical teams on data migration and system integration to deliver a seamless user experience.
* Validate system designs, configurations, and identify gaps or risks to ensure successful project delivery.
* Support testing, deployment, and issue resolution to ensure minimal downtime.
* Provide training and documentation for users to ensure they are equipped to use the new system effectively.
Required Skills:
* At least 10 years of SAP experience, especially in time and leave processes.
* Experience with HR/Payroll operations and system integrations is essential.
* Proven ability to work with stakeholders to deliver user-centric system designs is critical.
* Strong communication and documentation skills are required.
* Organized, goal-driven, and emotionally intelligent individuals will excel in this role.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in multi-release programs is highly desirable.
* HR/Payroll operational or support experience is beneficial.
* Familiarity with SAP Activate methodologies or relevant certifications is an added advantage.
