Job Description
* Manage the Managing Director's calendar, communications, and stakeholder engagements.
* Provide executive support to the COO across operational and governance functions.
* Coordinate board and committee meetings, including agendas, minutes, and compliance documentation.
* Support collaboration with university and research partners.
* Assist with internal coordination, executive forums, and continuous improvement of administrative systems.
