Salary Range: $86,600 to $124,725 + Middle Leader Allowance $16,280 per annum + Superannuation

Good Shepherd Catholic College is seeking an experienced and dedicated Secondary Teacher + Curriculum Leader (Senior Phase Learning and Teaching). This is a full-time permanent teaching role with a fixed term appointment to the Middle Leader position. The role commences from 19 January 2026.

To thrive in this role, you will be a registered teacher with the Queensland College of Teachers and bring extensive classroom experience in English, together with a deep understanding of the Australian Curriculum and QCAA requirements. You'll pair that professional credibility with a proven ability to lead and mentor others, build collaborative teams and translate data into meaningful improvement. Most importantly, you'll lead with integrity, embody our Catholic ethos, and be motivated by helping both students and staff flourish.
