Role Description
This role is a hybrid role based on the Gold Coast as a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal. The successful candidate will manage and oversee conveyancing processes, ensure compliance with relevant laws, and liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include drafting Form 2 Seller Disclosure, A- Z Conveyancing files, conducting property searches, managing purchase and sale transactions, and addressing client enquiries anc concerns.. The conveyancing paralegal will also monitor deadlines and maintain a high level of organization and accuracy in documentation.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in residential and commercial property conveyancing
Proficiency in form 2 seller disclosure statements, contracts of sale, and understanding Queensland property regulations. Knowledge of Victoria is a bonus.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple transactions and meet deadlines effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise professionally with clients and other stakeholders.
Must be extremely well organised and task orientated to succeed in this role.
Familiarity with property search processes and relevant conveyancing tools or software is highly desirable with history of Leap use a bonus to your application.
