Job Requirements
* Digital Project Management: 5+ years delivering complex digital programs, ideally for global or multi‐region brands.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Salesforce Commerce Cloud: Experience leading global SFCC projects, including multi‐site, multi‐currency, and integrated systems.
* Architecture & Integrations: Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, middleware, and third‐party platforms (e.g., Zendesk, MuleSoft, NewStore, AP21).
* Project Methodology & Governance: Skilled in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks, including risk management and reporting.
* Attention to Detail & Design Integrity: Ensures pixel‐perfect execution and adherence to UX/UI standards.
* Strategic Problem Solving: Breaks down complex initiatives into workstreams, manages dependencies, mitigates risks, and drives delivery.
* Stakeholder Management & Influence: Builds trusted relationships, influences cross‐functional teams, and holds partners accountable.
* Commercial Acumen: Negotiates effectively with technology providers and agencies, balancing quality, cost, and timelines.
* Time & Priority Management: Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‐paced, high‐growth environment.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead end‐to‐end delivery of the global website redesign and replatform to Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
* Manage full project lifecycle: scope, planning, budgeting, risk, execution, and post‐launch optimisation.
* Deliver complex, multi‐stream digital programs on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
* Coordinate cross‐functional teams across Digital, Retail, Marketing, IT, Operations, and Finance.
* Oversee external development partners and technology vendors, ensuring accountability and SLAs are met.
* Drive the design and implementation of scalable, future‐ready digital architecture.
* Ensure seamless integration between eCommerce, CRM, ERP, payment gateways, and third‐party systems.
* Monitor performance metrics and analytics (GA4, commercial KPIs) to track ROI and identify optimisation opportunities.
* Collaborate with Retail and other business units to create a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
* Work with QA teams to triage issues, enhance testing protocols, and ensure smooth release processes.
* Identify emerging technologies and platform improvements to support scalability and competitive advantage.
* Develop RFPs and manage technology and agency partnerships.
* Recommend and implement digital initiatives that drive revenue growth and global financial targets.
* Champion digital governance, documentation standards, and best practices.
