Your new role
As an APS5 Procurement Fee Processing Officer, you'll be part of a fast-paced team supporting the management of coordinated procurement fees across whole-of-government arrangements. These include travel services, advisory panels, fleet management, and more.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Invoice processing & reconciliation - Accurately manage fee-related invoices
* Debt recovery support - Follow up on outstanding payments
* Quarterly reporting - Monitor and track charging cycles
* System familiarisation - Learn and adapt to new processing systems
* Process documentation - Develop clear guidance materials for internal use
* Transition support - Assist with the shift to a new automated fee processing system in 2026
* This full-time role is based in Canberra, with flexibility considered under departmental policies.
What you'll need to succeed
You're a motivated, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. You'll bring:

* Desirable: Experience in invoice processing and reporting
* You must be an Australian citizen and hold or be able to reactivate a BASELINE security clearance.
