Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Expert
A key role in enhancing the performance of our global ecommerce platforms, driving conversion rates and increasing revenue. This is a hands-on, data-driven position where insights and experimentation will directly influence business growth and customer satisfaction.
* Define and execute a CRO strategy and roadmap to improve conversion rates and revenue.
* Analyze customer behavior using tools like GA4, MS Clarity, and Triple Whale to uncover friction points and opportunities.
* Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance usability, accessibility, and mobile optimization.
* Optimize key touchpoints in the customer journey, including navigation, checkout, and landing pages.
This is a Hybrid role that requires strong stakeholder management skills and experience with A/B testing tools, analytics, and CRO tools like GA4, Visually.io, and Microsoft Clarity. Proficiency in Shopify and international ecommerce is a plus.
Key responsibilities include:
