Marketing & Content Coordinator



(Casual – Approx. 3 Days/Week | On-Site)


Specialist Plastic Surgery Clinic | Premium Brand | Long-Term Opportunity

We are a long-established specialist plastic surgery clinic, led by a female Specialist Plastic Surgeon with over 30 years' experience, seeking an experienced Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our team on a casual basis (approximately three days per week, on-site).

This is a hands-on, in-clinic role suited to a marketing professional who values autonomy, discretion, precision, and quality, and who is confident working within a high-end, compliance-driven medical environment.

There is scope for the role to evolve into a part-time or full-time position over time for the right candidate.

About the Role


You will take ownership of the clinic's marketing and content output, ensuring all materials reflect the clinic's reputation for clinical excellence, experience, and patient care, while adhering strictly to AHPRA medical advertising guidelines.

This position requires a considered, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the surgeon and clinic team.

Key Responsibilities

* End-to-end management of before and after clinical imagery, including verification of appropriate patient consent
* Accurate adjustment of before and after images to ensure correct alignment of framing, lighting, perspective, and scale
* Reviewing and overseeing all visual and written marketing materials for AHPRA compliance
* Strategic planning, creation, and scheduling of social media content aligned with a premium medical brand
* Producing high-quality photography and videography for clinical and marketing use
* Coordinating staff and surgeon participation for planned content, ensuring a professional and authentic public-facing presence
* Supporting the creation of premium brand assets with a keen eye for graphic design, layout, and visual consistency
* Planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, YouTube, and related platforms
* Publishing and maintaining website content using WordPress and/or HubSpot
* Working directly with the surgeon and clinic team to ensure brand consistency, accuracy, discretion, and compliance

About You


To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Demonstrated experience in social media content strategy, creation, and scheduling
* Advanced skills in professional photography and videography
* A refined aesthetic and strong understanding of luxury branding and visual communication
* A keen eye for graphic design and an ability to produce polished, on-brand creative (highly sought after)
* Proven experience planning and managing paid digital advertising campaigns
* Confidence updating website content via WordPress and/or HubSpot
* Exceptional attention to detail and confidence working in regulated/compliance-focused environments
* The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes

Desirable (But Not Essential)

* Copywriting experience
* Previous experience in a medical, surgical, or aesthetic clinic
* Familiarity with AHPRA/healthcare advertising standards
