We have an opportunity for a Receptionist/Sales Administration to join 4front Real Estate in Ulverstone.
Having a competent person in this position makes life better for all parties involved in the purchase of property.
You will liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors and salespeople to ensure that paperwork is correct and on time, which leads to smooth transactions.
You will assist our team wherever needed, helping them to help their buyers and sellers. It's a very rewarding position.
Some of the tasks within the role include:
* Handling of incoming telephone calls
* Collating and assigning of agency marketing
* Assist Sales Team as required
* General office tasks as required
You will need a high level of computer skills, communication skills (both on the phone and written) and exceptional organisational skills. This is a responsible role that requires leadership and common sense. You must be able to work alone and as a team player. There will be many opportunities to attend ongoing training.
Weekend availability is required for this position.
