Role Overview

We're searching for a positive, customer-focused Retail Service Consultant to join our Wagga Wagga team in a Part‐Time capacity.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of Optus, delivering standout customer experiences with optimism, curiosity and genuine care.
• Build solid product knowledge across the full range of tech solutions and explain them in a friendly, simple and accessible way.
• Use personality, listening skills and a service‐centric approach to understand customer needs and deliver personalised solutions.
• Support customers through all enquiries, from general questions to complex issues, using empathy, clear communication and calm de‐escalation.
• Contribute to a welcoming, customer‐first environment by working closely with the team and creating memorable moments for every visitor.
• Stay adaptable and proactive, stepping up during periods of high activity and jumping in where needed to keep the store running smoothly.
