Are you a Quality Manager who resides on or will relocate to the Isle of Wight, looking for a long-term, stable, Monday-to-Friday role where you will be responsible for managing the QMS and auditing within a large precision engineering company?
In this role you will run the QMS within the business, balancing office work with shop-floor problem solving. You will also manage a team of six quality professionals and lead audits to ISO **** standards.
Founded over 50 years ago, this precision engineering company specialises in producing precision-milled and turned parts worldwide, employing over 100 staff and aiming for continued growth.

Responsibilities
Lead the quality management system within the business
Perform hands-on problem solving on the shop floor

Qualifications
Quality Manager experience
Engineering / Manufacturing background
Resides on or willing to relocate to the Isle of Wight
