We're growing our marketing services team and looking for a Marketing Executive to grow with us.This is a hands-on role where you'll be part of an experienced marketing department, working across both performance and brand marketing.
You'll help create bulletproof strategies and deliver integrated campaigns from start to finish.

You\'re eager to build your confidence in strategy as well as execution, and you thrive in a collaborative agency setting.What You'll Do Assist with digital strategy through research, analysis, and reportingSet up, manage, and optimise campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest)Track performance and contribute insights for continuous improvementSupport creative briefing and collaborate with designersHelp manage client relationships and participate in meetingsContribute to social media management and agency marketingAssist with brand workshops, audience research, and campaign planningWork closely with external clients and Thirst Creative's internal marketingWhat You Bring 1–2 years\' digital marketing experience (ideally agency-side)Confident with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign optimisationStrong communications with sharp writing and attention to detailOrganised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projectsComfortable working independently and in a teamFoundational knowledge of brand strategy, customer journeys, or funnelsExposure to strategy tools (e.g. SWOT, STP, personas)Analytical mindset with a knack for insightsBonus points Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, GTM, Canva, Figma, Adobe, or automation toolsExperience using ad accounts (Google Ads or Meta Ads)Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldHave completed any of Mark Ritson's Mini MBAWhy Thirst Creative?
