About the role
This is a newly created role, and creates an exciting opportunity to join a well established finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be hands-on and responsible for supporting the finance and admin team and facilitating group reporting.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
* Bank and Account Reconciliations
* Preparation and verification of supplier payments
* Assisting in month end and year end procedures
* Support and back up other finance and admin team members
* Actively seek opportunities to support and add value across all Fiteni divisions
What are we looking for?
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
* Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
* Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders
* Experience within the construction industry and knowledge of Databuild, Estate Master, Fathom or MYOB preferred but not essential.
