About the RoleAfter several years, we are excited to reintroduce the Visual Merchandising Manager role in NSW.
In this role you will champion the National and State VM strategy across 30+ stores in NSW to boost commercial performance and maintain our brand vision. Reporting to the State leader and working closely with Regional Managers, you will ensure every store reflects our identity and delivers a premium customer experience and help us bring our brand vision to life across NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
Champion the National VM Strategy across 30+ stores in NSW
Use commercial insights to shape VM strategies that drive traffic and sell-through
Maintain consistent, on-brand visual presentation
Support VM execution for events and activations
Train and develop in-store teams to uphold VM standards
Collaborate with Sales Leaders to align VM initiatives with state-based goals
About You:You are a creative merchandiser who is passionate about visual storytelling and delivering results. You will possess:
VM experience in fashion retail (ideally activewear)
Strong coaching skills with a confidence and a flair for styling
Commercial acumen with the ability to act on sales data
Excellent communication, collaboration and an eye for detail
Able to travel, hold a full driver's licence and reliable vehicle
