Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Consultancy
o Guide clients in their SAP strategy, providing expert advice on system architecture, security, and performance optimization.
* Complex System Architecture Design
o Design and architect complex SAP systems, considering future growth and technological advancements.
* Project Leadership
o Lead large-scale SAP Basis projects from conception through to delivery, managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
* Technical Innovation and Thought Leadership
o Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in SAP technology. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP Basis environment.
* Risk Management
o Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
* Vendor and Partner Management
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with SAP technology vendors and partners to ensure optimal use of resources and cutting-edge solutions.
* Mentorship and Talent Development
o Mentor junior consultants, share knowledge, and contribute to their professional development.
* Client Relationship Management
o Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into SAP technology solutions.
* Quality Assurance
o Ensure the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions by implementing robust quality assurance processes and standards.
Requirements
Required Education and Experience:
* Qualifications and Skills:
o Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
o Have extensive experience as an SAP Basis Consultant, with a strong focus on SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and/or SAP S/4HANA.
o Possess in-depth understanding of SAP Basis administration, including system monitoring, performance tuning, security management, and backup/recovery procedures.
o Demonstrate deep knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP Solution Manager, and other related technologies.
o Show proven expertise in SAP HANA Administration and Database Management Systems.
o Possess exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think tactically and strategically.
o Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
o Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
o Have proven track record of leading and delivering complex SAP projects, achieving client satisfaction, and driving business value.
o Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
