The firm operates within a well-established national group and works closely with business owners, families, and private groups on complex business, tax, and wealth matters. You’ll work closely with Managers and Partners on sophisticated client engagements while mentoring junior staff and continuing to deepen your technical and advisory capability. Responsibilitie s will include: • Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs • Supporting advisory work across business structuring, tax planning, asset protection, and wealth strategies • Preparing and reviewing monthly and quarterly management reports for larger, more complex client groups • Supervising, coaching, and reviewing work completed by junior accountants • Contributing to strong client relationships through clear communication and high-quality delivery • Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice processes Experience: • 3–5 years’ experience in Australian public practice (business services, private clients, or advisory) • CA or CPA qualified, or currently studying • Strong Australian tax and technical knowledge (Division 7A, GST, FBT, SMSFs) • Experience working with complex business structures and multi-entity groups • Comfortable reviewing work and guiding junior staff • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
