About the RoleReporting to the Executive Director, the Commercial Manager provides a central point of accountability for Eastern Guruma's commercial processes.
You will oversee commercial interfaces, business development, quotations and estimations, tenders, CRM management, and support the delivery of our Strategic, Marketing and Sales Plans.You will lead the commercial team in projects and estimations as well as the IT team, nurture client relationships, foster continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with Eastern Guruma's ISO-aligned management systems.
