**Claims Management Position Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Claims Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of workers' compensation claims, engaging with claimants, employer representatives, and medical/treatment providers to achieve positive health and return to work outcomes.
The role involves collaborating with the Claims Operations team to deliver high-quality claims management services. As a Claims Manager, you will be accountable for the management of claims within your portfolio and responsible for relationship management with agencies within that portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of a portfolio of workers' compensation claims
* Engagement with claimants, employer representatives, and medical/treatment providers
* Collaboration with the Claims Operations team to deliver high-quality claims management services
* Accountability for the management of claims within your portfolio
* Relationship management with agencies within your portfolio
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* Certificates or competencies in relevant disciplines such as claims or injury management, law, health, business administration, or finance
* Desirable: experience in claims or injury management, law, health, business administration, or finance
